Tax Charges
The Customer is responsible for any customs charges applied, it is up to the customer to check with there own countries customs arrangements.
Orders up to 2kgs are shipped by Royal Mail.
Orders over 2kgs will be shipped by TNT or UPS couriers and will require a signature on delivery.

UK Charges
Flat rate of £2.70 for orders up to £9.99 and £3.90 from £10.00 up to £49.98. Orders of £49.99 or more qualify for FREE shipping
Europe Charges (Excluding Republic of Ireland)
£7.00 or 23% of order total, whichever is the greater, up to a maximum of £17.00
Republic of Ireland Charges
Due to ongoing issues with Republic of Ireland customs returning orders shipped , we decided to only ship by
International Tracked and Signed service. Therefore shipping cost will be the same as the Rest of the world Charges.
£12.00 or 31% of order total, whichever is the greater, up to a maximum of £35.00.
Rest of the World Charges
£12.00 or 31% of order total, whichever is the greater, up to a maximum of £40.00.
Delivery
Your order will be securely packed and dispatched using new white envelopes or new boxes to ensure safe and secure shipping. All of our parcels are clearly addressed and have a return address label.
"We aim to dispatch any orders received by 2pm (UK Time) Monday to Thursday, the same day. Orders received after these times will be dispatched the next working day."
If for any reason we are unable to ship orders the same day, these will be sent the next working day. Please note we do not ship orders at weekends or UK bank holidays.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock we will contact you and offer an immediate refund, a choice of an alternative colour (only if applicable to the product ordered) or give you an estimate of when the item will be back in stock.
