MOULD & TOOLMAKING

We specialise in the manufacture of moulds for Hard Plastic Figures & Kits and are able to offer our customers the benefit of

working with the Sculptor in the early stage of producing the 3:1 Masters
design the frame layout
produce 2D CAD drawings
arrange for resin copying aids to be manufactured and produce a set of 3:1 shells for approval by the customer prior to cutting
manufacture the inserts and moulds in quality steel

We also have capability for other precision engineering options, small engineering repairs, manufacture of 1 off , small run projects, prototypes etc., etc., etc.,

MOULD PRODUCTION & PACKAGING

we have full tryout and moulding facilities - currently up to 95 tonne
moulding service with quality control – small and large runs quoted for
packaging service and delivery to customer
