If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us unopened with the original receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. You will need to pay for the return postage, but we will refund the delivery charge if we have made an error in our despatch or if the item received is faulty or unfit for purpose, unless you have decided to keep part of the received order.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

Orders up to 2kgs are shipped by Royal Mail.
Orders over 2kgs will be shipped by TNT or UPS couriers and will require a signature on delivery.

Flat rate of £2.50 for orders up to £19.99. Orders of £20 or more qualify for FREE shipping
£4.50 or 15% of order total, whichever is the greater, up to a maximum of £10.00.
Rest of the World Charges
£7.50 or 25% of order total, whichever is the greater, up to a maximum of £25.00.
Your order will be securely packed and dispatched using new white envelopes or new boxes to ensure safe and secure shipping. All of our parcels are clearly addressed and have a return address label.
"We aim to dispatch any orders received by 2pm Monday to Thursday, or by 12pm Friday (UK), the same day. Orders received after these times wil be despatched the next working day."
If for any reason we are unable to ship orders the same day, these will be sent the next working day. Please note we do not ship orders at weekends or UK bank holidays.
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock we will contact you and offer an immediate refund, a choice of an alternative colour (only if applicable to the product ordered) or give you an estimate of when the item will be back in stock.
